This article comprises information about three related under construction buildings: Crescent Hotel - an offshore hotel; Crescent City - a 43 story skyscraper; Crescent Place - a residential tower with a podium.
All of these objects are located on a single area near the Marine Port in Baku city, being the parts of a single project elaborated by Heerim Architects for Gilan Holding, the owner of the project. I suppose, it would be preferable to describe whole project within a single article until completion of all parts of The Crescent Development Project. On completion, this article will be divided into different articles with description of each object separately. Respectfully
