Nono, the first WikiNav graph that looks 'full' is deceiving. It's 22 clicks to the cheese seen on the first graph, and 18 filtered clicks seen on the second graph, for a total of 40. With 41 views total (in the italics near the top). So it's ~53% identifiable, still possibly indicative of a primary topic, but not nearly as clear.

I went to check the meta:Research:Wikipedia clickstream archive, and the results are fairly consistent in the last year.
