Is a GTEM cell distinctly different?

Please provide reference to scientific literature on GTEM cell, which appears to be more of a branding for GHz operation. As maximum frequency of operation is related to onset of higher order modes and absolute dimension of the structure, a "GHz" TEM cell only needs be distinguished as such if it is in some way unusually designed, i.e. offering higher frequency operation than a conventional TEM cell of the same geometry.
