Rice Building in Chicago

The Wikipedia entry on the historic district cites Peckham, Mark (July 1986). "National Register of Historic Places nomination, Central Troy Historic District". New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYSOPRHP). Pages 146-147 to attribute the building to Withers. FloridaArmy (talk) 14:21, 3 October 2018 (UTC)
Fire date
Sources give various dates for the fire, or maybe there were multiple fires? In addition to 1913 and 1916, there is 1920 given by this source that says the damage to the building was part of a major fire on River Street. FloridaArmy (talk) 14:49, 3 October 2018 (UTC)
