Redirect to software development instead of refactoring
As redesign is _not_ refactoring, I changed the redirect target from code refactoring to software development#rework. There was old content for this article (before being converted to a redirect), but it was lame so this should be a redirect (unless/until someone adds solid content here) but it was a bad choice to redirect to refactoring.
