I have absolutely no knowledge of this series, and this article is not helping that in the slightest. Whoever wrote the "Storyline and Setting" section did an alarmingly poor job of it, the phrasing seems to repeatedly trip over and contradict itself in such a way that I really have no idea what is being talked about half the time.
Would someone familiar with this story please rewrite the section?

Characters
I've added a basic Characters Listing, spelling of names was taken directly from the Official Website. The Voice Actor names were taken from [1]. The Kanji/Kana names are also availiable at the official site, however they're displayed in an image format and I do not have the facilities to reproduce those characters. If anyone can update them with {{Nihongo}} templates including the Kanji/Kana spellings that would help.
I've added some basic character descriptions to the article, hopefully as the plot develops these descriptions can be more well-rounded and cleaned up. ReAn1985 (talk) 11:22, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

Disclaimer: I have no working knowledge of Japanese. But a crude machine translation suggests that 潜脳調査室 is roughly "Artificial Brain Research Center" Any better translations we could add to this article? Caltrop (talk) 01:35, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
