In 2023 [1], this article turned from a general topic to a business topic; and from a non-AI topic to an AI-topic. This seems odd, as the article already describes non-business uses; and uses that are not-AI based. -- 65.92.246.77 (talk) 15:39, 17 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

On further investigation, a major change that increased business focus occurred in 2022 [2], including another change in definition that made it part of business intelligence.
