Responsibility

Well there was the Nuremberg Trials Sirhissofloxley (talk) 19:27, 15 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
Sadly, during times of war there is an expectation that accidental damages will occur. It is a war crime if the civilians are intentionally targeted and abused, but unintentional damages are both ethically and legally hard to pin down. The British pilots did not intend to injure civilians, and they undoubtedly suffered from the knowledge of injuring innocent people. 2603:6000:9544:900:1539:99D7:6222:E785 (talk) 18:07, 8 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Results: British Victory?

The killing of more than one hundred inocent people was a Victory? Just two months before german surronder? WP must have set more higher standard than that... 168.227.97.68 (talk) 06:29, 13 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

No the mission was to damage the other building and kill Gestapo. Which it did Sirhissofloxley (talk) 19:27, 15 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

German Soldiers? Or Gestapo?

The details of this article state German soldiers, as well as Danes working for the Germans, plus a few prisoners were killed in the attack. However, my question is - were they German soldiers, or were they Gestapo - Nazi Secret Police. Secret Police are not soldiers. This is not apologia - in fact the Gestapo were an even better target than regular German soldiers... but it seems inaccurate. Scout1026 (talk) 07:52, 31 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
