Balisong

I added balisong flipping under complex object manipulation. If you think that balisong flipping isn't juggling, just check out what some people can do with them, and the culture of teaching and learning tricks. 68.39.16.71 (talk) 12:01, 19 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Zippo?

Rolling pin??? The Jammer???

Two of the types of 'Skill Toys' listed in the article are 'Rolling Pin' and 'The Jammer'. They each link to the to the general Wikipedia articles by those same names, but neither article contains any information even remotely relating to juggling or skill toys.

I had never heard of either of these skill toys, so I Googled them, and as far as I can tell they were both created by the company Sweets Kendamas (they even own a trademark on 'The Jammer').

The 'Rolling pin' seems to function in a very very similar manner to a Kendama. From what I saw in the official video showing off 'The Jammer™', it seems like such a rudimentary and limited toy that it barely meets the definition of "skill toy", and I really don't think it's worth including in this article.

If either of these products is to remain on this Object Manipulation article, I believe it should at the very least link to a new article - or a new section of an existing article - which actually contains information specifically pertaining to the skill toy.

Percussion instruments?

I watched a Kashaka being played and it reminded me of a Begleri Should we add Kashaka to the Object manipulation category, because it can be used as a fidget toy? alexx (talk) 16:06, 24 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
