Webmedia Group → Nortal – Webmedia Group and CCC Corporation introduce a new name and logo on May 25, 2012 as the next logical step in the merger process[1]. Gubaidulin (talk) 11:27, 28 May 2012 (UTC)

Reformatting the history section
I think that the history section is better formatted as a bulleted timeline rather than being in prose, so I went ahead and made that change. I also moved a couple things around to make the list more logical, and I also made a separate section for the spin-off businesses (and made that into a bulleted list as well).
