Odd wording
What's "a general office-based data processing DBMS" and how does that contrast with "SQL-based systems" in terms of what this program is not designed to do? 18.26.0.5 (talk) 21:44, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
- Effectively my guess would be that is a euphemism for saying that it is free, not a commercial product with support for heavy business use? But guessing. Indeed wording is odd. Maybe lost in a translation from Swedish? W Nowicki (talk) 21:49, 30 September 2016 (UTC)
