what kind of product or service it provides, its primary customers or market, and its geographical region of operation
This sound like a business model or business scope. I think mission is supposed to be something bigger than that, not necessarily so specific as to refer to a certain product, region, or customer base? Jack who built the house (talk) 04:47, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
