FYI, the article wouldn't be considered "original research" if it's based on material published by an accepted mathematical publication with appropriate peer review. You might argue that the material duplicates another article, and therefore the articles should be merged, but the "original research" criteria wouldn't apply if it's appeared in external verifiable publications. To be sure this is not original research in the everyday sense of those words. The math is old hat and more commonly known as a formal system (though as Arthur Rubin points out, the formal construction being employed is even more general than that).
