The title says frameworks, but there are many libraries in this list as well.

Apache Spark is written is Scala and is available in Scala, Java, SQL, Python and R. How come it is counted as a Java framework? — Preceding unsigned comment added by LoMaPh (talk • contribs) 22:59, 16 May 2020 (UTC)
