Comparison to macrolides
Under the 'Uses' heading the article states "Although similar in structure, antibacterial spectrum, and mechanism of action to macrolides...". Its activity and mechanism may be similar but its structure is very different from the macrolides — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.237.221.18 (talk) 15:18, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
