Following guidance from the AfC help desk, I am resubmitting the draft for review. Reviewers may find the source list and notability reasoning in the section below useful context.
Yep – this draft has been declined seven times. I appreciate the feedback and recognise that this scrutiny is part of what makes Wikipedia so reliable. In response to the feedback I have substantially rewritten the article.
Apologie for the Draft:Legora (2026) misstep – I now understand that was unhelpful and am back here working in the original draft.
In December 2025, I raised this draft at the AfC help desk. DoubleGrazing assessed the five sources I put forward and concluded that only one – a November 2025 Business Insider feature on Legora's Portal product – clearly met the WP:NCORP standard. Two Financial Times pieces were considered too reliant on CEO quotations or not primarily about Legora. A City A.M. interview was characterised as mostly the CEO talking. DoubleGrazing's view was that NCORP requires at least three unambiguous sources and this draft did not yet meet that bar, and that the subject may be a case of WP:TOOSOON.
In March 2026, Legora raised a $550 million Series D at a $5.55 billion valuation. This was reported by a range of sources including Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC and TechCrunch. In the same week, the company completed its first acquisition, covered by Business Insider and Tech.eu. In April, as reported in The Next Web and others, the company hit $100m ARR, placing it among the fastest-growing software companies in European history.
I understand that WP:CORPTRIV explicitly lists capital transactions and acquisitions as examples of routine coverage and I am not arguing that these events alone establish notability. My contention is that the cumulative breadth of independent editorial coverage across multiple events - from Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC, TechCrunch, the FT, TNW and Business Insider – reflects a level of sustained independent interest that goes beyond routine announcements. The CNBC and TechCrunch Series D pieces, for example, contextualise the raise within broader market analysis rather than simply reporting the transaction. That said... I may well be wrong about this.
I have included brief mentions of CEO Max Junestrand's inclusion in the Forbes 30 Under 30 AI list and the company's sponsorship of golfer Ludvig Åberg. Again, I acknowledge that both could be considered trivial under CORPTRIV and am happy to remove them if editors feel they do not add to the article.
For ease of review, here are the key sources cited in the updated draft, grouped by type.
Editorial features:
Revenue milestone (April 2026):
Series D coverage (March 2026):
Acquisition coverage (March 2026):
Market and competitive analysis (not cited in article, listed for context):
These are not cited in the article because Legora is not the primary subject of either piece. However, they illustrate that Legora is being discussed in independent market analysis of the legal AI sector, beyond routine coverage of corporate events.
I also note a Fortune commentary piece (4 March 2026) by David Wong, Chief Product Officer at Thomson Reuters, which names Legora alongside Harvey as companies facing competitive pressure from both incumbents and foundation model providers. I have not included this in the source list above because it is an opinion piece, not independent editorial analysis, but mention it for completeness. [15]

I am a connected contributor, as disclosed on my user page and via the connected contributor template on the draft. Thanks to all editors who have engaged with this draft. Neilyoung77 (talk) 11:02, 23 March 2026 (UTC)
Based on the most AfC feedback, I understand that the current coverage of Legora does not meet Wikipedia's notability requirements. I won't pursue further resubmissions unless substantially more in-depth, independent, secondary coverage emerges that would change this assessment.
Thanks to editors who took the time to assess the draft and provide feedback.

Listing notable articles here to assist reviewers when assessing notability. Thanks Neilyoung77 (talk) 13:19, 10 December 2025 (UTC)
This draft is a completely human rewritten and fully sourced article about Legora, following previous deletion. All statements/claims have been checked for accuracy and cite independent, reputable sources (eg Business Insider, Reuters, Forbes). Legora is now a tech unicorn and widely recognised in media coverage as a leading company in the legal AI sector, with a valuation of $1.8 billion and hundreds of global law firm clients. Please let me know of any concerns. Neilyoung77 (talk) 12:20, 13 November 2025 (UTC)
Resubmitting after clarifying sources. Also addressed tone issues to ensure strict neutrality. The draft cites multiple in-depth, independent, reliable secondary sources including Reuters, Bloomberg Law, Business Insider, Forbes and Sifted (backed by the Financial Times). These provide substantial coverage of Legora beyond routine announcements. Neilyoung77 (talk) 10:37, 14 November 2025 (UTC)
Keen to get feedback on this draft before resubmitting! I've addressed previous reviewer feedback by improving sourcing, making sections more concise, and removing any language that could be deemed promotional. Before resubmitting I'd be hugely grateful if any experienced editors could review the draft and suggest any further changes or additions that could be made. Thanks so much. I have removed the BusinessWire citation - the site largely seems to share press releases - and replaced with independent sources. As noted above, I have also edited language and sections to ensure neutrality. Thanks to reviewers for taking the time to look at this. Neilyoung77 (talk) 15:26, 19 November 2025 (UTC)
