Subsidiary of Activision

Is there any evidence of the connection to Activision? According to exhibit 21.1 of Activision's 10-K from 2014, they aren't listed as a major subsidiary of the company which is probably true but they could be subsidiary of a subsidiary or something within the corporate structure but i can't find a source that confirms it as a subsidiary. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 08:52, 24 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

This source describes it as if it's a separate entity, not a subsidiary of Activision itself, just a separate developer licensed to create some of their smaller games. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 08:56, 24 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
