Edit Request: Updating 2024–2026 Milestones

I am an employee of Formlabs. I am submitting these updates to address the maintenance banner on the article page (dated March 2020) and to ensure the "History" section reflects the company's current state. I have utilized independent secondary sources for all claims.

Proposed Additions

1. Open Material Ecosystem

Location: At the end of the "History" section.

Text: In October 2024, Formlabs transitioned to an open material ecosystem, allowing third-party resins to be used on its hardware via Open Material Mode and print settings to be edited in Print Settings Editor.

2. Awards and Recognition

Text: In 2024, Formlabs’ Form 4 was named "Desktop non-FFF 3D Printer of the Year" by 3D Printing Industry and Formlabs was recognized as one of Fast Company’s "Most Innovative Companies" in the manufacturing sector.

3. Launch of 3D Printing Service

Location: Add to the "Products" or "History" section.

Text: In early 2026, the company launched Form Now, an official on-demand 3D printing service available in the U.S., providing parts printed on Formlabs hardware.
