I'd think it's fair use since we are generally recognised as an educational website, and other sites have also published the layout. If it's really patented, the layout should be available in the patent's document and I think it's okay to publish material from patent documents. I am not a lawyer. Accuracy

"Keys are never more than 2 blocks away (vertically, horizontally or diagonally) from the current position. You nearly always find the next likely letter on a key very close to the one you just tapped." is factually inaccurate.
