I don't really see why these two articles should be separate - there's strong overlap between FIDO2 Project and FIDO Alliance#Specifications, both these article

Proposed merge with FIDO Alliance
I don't really see why these two articles should be separate - there's strong overlap between FIDO2 Project and FIDO Alliance#Specifications, both these articles are relatively short, and the FIDO Alliance is primarily known for its role in the FIDO2 Project anyway. "FIDO2 Project" nomenclature doesn't even seem to be used that much so I'm not sure even that needs to stay - it's used in the footer of the FIDO Alliance website, but the page it links to literally does not use the word "project" so AFAICT that's not an official name or anything like that.
I was on the verge of being bold so if no one strongly objects I'll probably try to do this merge when I find some time. Ping @Britishfinance and Trscavo. Strugee (talk) 02:02, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
