Talk:Eyedea

Proposed merge

It should definetly not be merged, because idea is independent of E&A, just as E&A is distinct from Eyedea. Links from the 'Eyedea' Wiki page will suffice.

>I don't think there would be a problem if it were to be merged, as long as E&A was kept as a section of Eyedea's information, as Eye did much great work before he and Abilities teamed up.

If anything, make two seperate pages for Eyedea and Abilities. It's really unfair to merge them. As always, the DJ/Producer is underappreciated.

I think that since we cannot account for the future projects that either Eyedea or DJ Abilities work on, we should really handle this as seperate entries. An entry for Eyedea, an entry for DJ Abilities, and an entry for the combination of E&A. They don't need to repeat information, but simply cross link over to the information that already exists.

I agree with Grandeandy - they've both done seperate work (Eyedea - The Many Faces of Oliver Hart)

Seeing as there's not much agreement here, and the articles were tagged over 6 months ago (27 July 2005), I'm removing the tags. - N (talk) 19:08, 3 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

What is his name?

Larsen or Averill? 207.67.17.45 (talk) 17:52, 17 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Also, is there a reason that given name "Michael" would be spelled incorrectly compared to more commonly accepted spellings? -- 68.9.50.145 (talk) 21:12, 16 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

According to [1] His birth name was Mike Averill. 130.226.173.83 (talk) 12:39, 7 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

That is a mistake. His birth name was Micheal David Larsen, as it states on his birth certificate and death report which are both public information. http://blogs.citypages.com/gimmenoise/2010/10/eyedeas_death_t.php — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.97.210.52 (talk) 17:47, 17 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
