I think it would be an improvement to merge the Endless Column article with Sculptural Ensemble of Constantin Brâncuşi in Târgu Jiu.

I think it would be an improvement to merge the Endless Column article with Sculptural Ensemble of Constantin Brâncuşi in Târgu Jiu.

The ensemble is actually one work of art consisting of three parts (the column, the gate, the table) and a connecting axis. There is no benefit to spread (and maintain) info across separate pages for the artist, the artwork, and the individual parts of the artwork.

In addition, the current page for the ensemble appears to be a mere billboard for links to personal pages. The column is the most widely known and most prominent part of the ensemble.

Therefore, I propose to expand the column article with some info about ensemble, gate and table, and forward ensemble to column. Note the current name for the ensemble article is not a useful key for retrieval. Superp (talk) 17:52, 8 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
