Merge Window dressing to Display window
A merger has been proposed for Window dressing to be absorbed INTO Display window. Please discuss.
- Merge - Both articles are sparse and easily merged. They both seem to talk about the usage of windows in retail. --Emana (Talk) 03:12, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
Window dressing is more commonly used as a term relating to accounting fraud such as "Enron used to window dress the quarterly reports". See the first page of google search results for window dressing, or http://www.investopedia.com/terms/w/windowdressing.asp williameis (talk) 16:09, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
Merging proposal
I propose merging Window dresser into Display window. I think the content in Window dresser can be easily explained in display window. The article is not very large and can be easily expanded. SpiritedMichelle (talk) 21:22, 12 June 2025 (UTC)
