I don't think the following is quite accurate:
"Cumulatively, if 2% of these records become obsolete in one month, 10,000 records go stale per month; or 120,000 records every year."
Rationale: Customers can either be stale or not stale. If a 'stale' customer becomes more out of date, then it is still stale. I think the maths here needs to take account of this, or the above needs to be reworded. According to my calculations (based on 2% of non-stale customers becoming stale each month), after 12 months, around 108,000 customers would be stale.
Happy to be talked down and told this isn't significant, just don't want readers to think that after 50 months every single customer will be stale, because that's simply not true!

I don't think PaulRussell is right.
Let's say the data increase and the data obsolete both by a solid rate, then 10,000 records go stale per month, because these records not only includes the original data, but also the increased data from last checkpoint.

Customer Data Integration → Customer data integration –
Per WP:CAPS and WP:TITLE: this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. In addition, WP:MOS says that a compound item should not be upper-cased just because it is abbreviated with caps. Matches the formatting of related article titles.
