I removed the previous definition of this entry as it was more focused on personalization of marketing messages than the maketing activities known as custom publishing. I think there also needs to be some discussion or mediation between this entry and the entry I've added for Custom media. There are many resources online that can help, in a neutral way, explain what custom publishing and custom media, or as called in the UK, customer media and customer publishing. I'll be happy to assist.
