How can I evict someone from my house that is not on my rental lease? The landlord wants for them to go, but says I need to get them out.
If the resident the landlord wishes to be be removed from the property is not under the leasing agreement, the person must leave when requested by either you or your landlord, or they are considered to be trespassing. It depends on what your lease says regarding occupants and what the limitations are, etc.
I have a lease agreement that this person signed that she must put into writing that she intends to terminate the lease. She verbally stated she would be out on the 15th.
