Incomplete

The information is dated. I did a google search and came up with programs that are not listed. TotalChrom data systems have the industry's best expandable architecture which ... www.perkinelmer.com Chromperfect chromatography software and chromatography data systems for gas and liquid chromatographs HPLC and GC analysis. ... www.chromperfect.com Thermo Scientific Atlas Chromatography Data System ... www.thermoscientific.com as well as a few others. Titan Algorithm

Hi, back in January 1992, I wrote the "Titan Algorithm for Gaussian Deconvolution of Chromatography Signals" for a scientist at the Human Genome project as the previous solution was worthless. It is getting close to 27 years now and it is still a closely held secret even though the algorithm is almost elementary if you understand convergent algorithms and is accurate to the nearest pixel. An example of a basic convergent algorithm is interpolating the square root of an integer.

Now here is the deal. I'm willing to explain how it works and give examples including graphics as a collaborative effort with one or more qualified editors since my forte is in mathematics and mathematical programming and not in writing articles for the public.

There exists professional software like PeakFit and other packages to support deconvolution. There exists more open toolboxes as well.

I have implemented some basic solution and GUI in Matlab years ago, so these knowledge sources can be combined. It has some value that for many peak models it (three Gaussian parametrizations, Log Gaussian, Pearson, Lorentz and Mixed Lorentz Gaussian) it provides analytical derivative equations and some tweaks for better lsqcurvefit convergence

There is PhD theses as well but in Czech language only.
