The article refers to the new way of two-dimensional ranking based not only on ingoing links but also on outgoing links ranked by CheiRank. This concept of two-dimensional ranking was applied to rank various directed networks, including Wikipedia articles, as it is described in international journal publications cited. It's true that the concept is new but one of the aims of Wikipedia is to bring information to a broad public exchanging information between different science communities e.g. theoretical physics, mathematics and computer science. It would be strange if a Wikipedia article about ranking of Wikipedia articles would be deleted. D.Shepelyansky

I wouldn't find it strange at all if this article gets deleted. Content about wikipedia itself lives a separate life from wikipedia articles - either on meta.wikimedia.org or in wikipedia: namespace. Meta allows publishing of personal essays and wikipedia-related research (see [1]), so you can write about wikipedia-specific parts of your research there. -- X7q (talk) 10:13, 10 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

-the described algorithm had been already published in peer-review journals, so the aim of article is not to publish an original idea but to diffuse information for a broad scientific community that it in the main aims of Wikipedia. Please don't delete this article. Its very helpful and interesting and in my opinion a very good definiton of CheiRank.
