See graphics and computer-generated imagery. (2) (Cg) (C for Graphics) A high-level 3D graphics programming language developed by NVIDIA and Microsoft. Computer-generated imagery (CGI) is the application of computer graphics to create or contribute to images in art, printed media, video games, films, television programs, shorts, commercials, videos, and simulators. CG Artists (also known as computer graphics artists) create 2D and 3D assets used in developing video games and digitally animated films. A CG artist's work usually revolves around finding balance between artistic sensibilities and technical limitations while working within a development team. —cg — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.134.142.80 (talk) 14:27, 4 January 2021 (UTC)
