I have to question why this article redirects to BioShock Infinite. Per [| this] article on Irrational Games' website, it mentions that "Although it is not a sequel or prequel in the traditional sense, BioShock Infinite very much builds on and reinvigorates what BioShock established." Thus it would be that BioShock 3 is a future title, as this article previously stated, rather than Infinite itself.
