Proposed merge of ArkGraphics 2D and ArkGraphics 3D into ArkUI

- I disagree, these are related to ArkUI declarative framework on apps but they are independent graphical APIs for OpenHarmony and HarmonyOS systems when it comes to third party game engines and middleware use taking advantage of the native graphics system. They should be treated the same way as DirectX and Metal. Poppodoms (talk) 06:43, 11 May 2024 (UTC)
