I noticed a lot of promotional content added on this page by some editors who had COI issues. This led to the Paid-editing tag. I removed quite a lot to make the page look as neutral as possible in line with WP:NPOV. I then removed the Paid tag. Perhaps, more clean up may be required. I've consolidated a few of the citations as the same source was given multiple listings rather than the reuse feature (which may not have been available when the article was created). I updated some of the links too as some were usurped or dead. And I've added more where possible to provide additional reliable sources. I think I need to branch off the material I added in to the customer service section relating to lawsuits as a result of the VIP program because there are other lawsuits the company has weathered as well as a current one. I'm thinking a "Legal action" section, and that way if I find where they've taken action against someone I can include that as well. Sub-sections for "Customer service" and "Products" are what I'm thinking at the moment. OIM20 (talk) 01:37, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
