Customers included major meat and food producers such as Fonterra,[1] Conagra,[2] and Hormel.[3]
Investors included Interwest Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, General Catalyst Partners, and Catamount Ventures.[4][5][6]
In December 2013, PROS acquired the company for $13.5 million.[7][8]
