Hart finished his NFL Europe career as one of the league's top kickers, being a two-time All-League member.[1] During the 2004 season, Hart became the league's all-time leading scorer with 333 points.[4]

On 14 July 2004, Hart returned to the NFL after being signed by the Saints, but was released on 5 September.[4]
