Masakatsu Koike (小池正勝, Koike Masakatsu, born January 17, 1952 in Itabashi, Tokyo) is a Japanese politician. He is a member of the House of Councillors representing the Tokushima at-large district and a member of the Liberal Democratic Party.

Political career

1975	Graduated from the University of Tokyo. Entered the Ministry of Construction.
1993	Became the Mayor of Tokushima, Tokushima.
2004	Became a member of the Diet.
