Her memories of the real Cap she contained within herself. "Stevil" (the nickname that Deadpool gave him) manipulated the Avengers, S.H.I.E.L.D., and the superhero community as he went up the HYDRA ranks, becoming its leader and conquering America. Eventually realizing her creation was a monster, Kobik freed and restored the true Captain America, who defeated his evil doppelganger. After being killed by Selene, Stevil was revived by Orchis , shortened his name to make his middle name of Grant be his first name, and operated as Captain Krakoa when working for Orchis where he and his version of the Mutant Liberation Front are defeated by the Uncanny Avengers.
