Junior Tiensia (born 25 December 2000) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left back for EFL League Two club Barrow.^[1]

Career

Tiensia began his career at Millwall, spending time on loan at Havant & Waterlooville, Sutton United, Dover Athletic and Dartford.^[2][3][4] After playing for Gloucester City and Solihull Moors,^[5] he signed for Barrow in May 2023.^[2][6]
