American football player (born 2001)
Josh Priebe (born July 30, 2001) is an American football offensive guard for the Michigan Wolverines . He previously played for the Northwestern Wildcats .
Early life
Priebe attended Edwardsburg High School in Michigan .[ 1] He was rated as a three-star recruit and committed to play college football at Northwestern University over offers from Auburn, Ohio State, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, and Tennessee.[ 1]
College career
Northwestern
In 2020, Priebe's COVID-19 shortened freshman season, he played in eight games.[ 2] In 2021, he started nine games.[ 3] In 2022 and 2023, Priebe combined to start 20 games.[ 4] He was named a third-team All-Big Ten selection in 2023.[ 5] After the 2023 season he entered the NCAA transfer portal .[ 5]
During his time at Northwestern University , Priebe played in 36 games, making 29 starts for the Wildcats.[ 6]
Michigan
In December 2023, Priebe transferred to the University of Michigan for his fifth season.[ 5]
