Irish archdeacon
John Whitty (1780–1864) was an Irish Anglican priest :[ 1] Archdeacon of Kilfenora from 1822 [ 2] until[ 3] his death in 1864.[ 4]
He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin [ 5] and served for many years as Rector of Kilmanaheen .[ 6]
He died on 13 February 1864.[ 7]
