Igor Wander Centeno Normando (born 29 July 1987) is a Brazilian politician affiliated with the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB)[1] who has served as mayor of Belém since 2025.[2] From 2019 to 2024, he was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Pará.[3] From 2023 to 2024, he served as secretary of citizenship of Pará.[4] He is a fourth cousin of Helder Barbalho and Jader Barbalho Filho.[5]
