Fulham Baths

Fulham Public Baths and Washhouses is a Grade II listed building at 368 North End Road, Fulham, London SW6.[1]

It began construction in 1899, compelled by the Baths and Washhouses Act of 1846, finishing construction in 1902. Designed by the architect H. Deighton Pearson.[1] As part of a Design competition, held in Fulham Town Hall in 1899. The design includes a small statue depicting Posiedon and Amphitrite.

The foundation stone was laid on 30 October 1900, naming the collaborators who made the baths creation possible including the vestry, builders, the architect and Hayes Fisher, 1st Baron Downham, who represented Fulham in the house of commons at the time.

It is now the Dance Attic Rehearsal Studios.[2]
