The First Lady of the Republic of Kazakhstan , also known as First Lady of Kazakhstan (Kazakh: Қазақстанның бірінші ханымы, romanized: Qazaqstannıñ birinşi xanımı, Russian: Первая леди Казахстана, romanized: Pervaya ledi Kazakhstana) is the unofficial title of the wife of the president of Kazakhstan. Under divorced president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev the position is vacant.[1] The first and only person to hold the title was Sara Nazarbayeva, wife of Nursultan Nazarbayev.
