The Enron Code of Ethics is a 64-page booklet that was published by Enron Corporation,^[1] the last known edition of which was in 1 July 2000.^[2]

The sale of copies of the booklet on eBay has passed into internet folklore.^{[citation needed]} An article in the San Francisco Chronicle for 11 February 2002 reported a final bid level on one copy of USD 202.50.^{[3][failed verification]} In another sale on eBay the booklet was sold together with a cup, also allegedly an Enron product, which featured text extolling the virtues of the Enron retirement plan.^{[citation needed]}
