TechRiders Summit is an annual technology conference held in Hürth, Germany, focusing on enterprise information technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and digital sovereignty. The conference brings together representatives from industry, government, academia and technology communities through keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops and networking formats.[1][2]
The inaugural edition took place in 2025. The second edition, held in June 2026, featured more than 140 speakers and approximately 2,000 participants according to the organizers.[3][4]
History
TechRiders Summit was launched in 2025 as an annual conference addressing enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation. The event expanded from a one-day conference in its inaugural year to a two-day programme in 2026, separating strategic executive sessions from technical engineering content.[4][1]
The 2026 edition was held under the patronage of the German Federal Ministry for Digital and State Modernization (Bundesministerium für Digitales und Staatsmodernisierung, BMDS). Parliamentary State Secretary Thomas Jarzombek opened the conference.[5][6]
Format
The conference combines keynote presentations, panel discussions, technical talks, workshops and networking sessions. Since 2026, the programme has been divided into two thematic tracks:
- Strategy – addressing CIOs, CTOs, executives and public-sector decision-makers.
- Decoded – focusing on software engineering, cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and developer-oriented topics.[1]
