Sourcefit is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in offshore staffing, headquartered in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Founded in 2009 by Andy Schachtel, the company provides outsourced staff augmentation, managed services, and employer of record services.[1] It operates delivery centres in several countries, including the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, South Africa, Madagascar and Armenia.[1]

History

Formation

Sourcefit was founded in 2009 in the Philippines by Andy Schachtel, originating from a project to build a social networking platform for Vodafone.[2][1]

Expansion

In 2022, the company opened an office in the Dominican Republic.[1] In March 2024, it opened an office in the De Waterkant area of Cape Town, South Africa, in partnership with the city's industry body CapeBPO,[3][4] and established operations in Armenia.[1]

In 2024, Sourcefit launched SourceCX, a division providing customer experience services,[5] and introduced Knit, a workforce management platform.[6] Sourcefit has incorporated artificial intelligence into its service delivery.[7]

In March 2025, Sourcefit was included in the OA500 Global Outsourcing Index.[8] In November 2025, its SourceCX division was included in the Everest Group Customer Experience Management Services PEAK Matrix Assessment for the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions.[9]
