Slaang is a collaborative studio album by Russian record producer Aarne and rapper Toxis, released on 7 November 2025 through the label Koala Music. The album consists of 16 tracks and features guest appearances from Markul, OG Buda, Madk1d, Sky Rae, Big Baby Tape, Egor Kreed, and 163onmyneck.[1][2]
In an interview with Forbes Russia, Toxi$ and Aarne described Slaang as Toxi$'s first full-length collaborative project. Aarne called it one of the steps leading up to the next phase of his solo work. The recording process was not done through lengthy joint studio sessions; instead, the artists worked remotely from different countries — including Turkey, Italy, and the United Arab Emirates — with guest performers also contributing from a distance. According to the artists, the album's title references the English word "slang" while also incorporating letter associations linked to their stage names.[3]
Afisha Daily included Slaang in its roundup of music releases for November 2025, describing it as an example of creative chemistry within mainstream Russian-language hip hop. In December 2025, Maxim placed the album on its list of the year's best works by young artists, highlighting its club-oriented direction and the popularity of its tracks on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Sobaka.ru also included Slaang in its list of the 35 most important Russian-language albums of 2025.[4][5][6]
According to The Flow, the album reached number one on the Russian album chart of Apple Music during its first week of release. In January 2026, the publication separately reported that Slaang was also at the top of the VK Music chart.[7][8]
