Sevsamora Resort & Spa is a multi-functional hotel and tourist complex located in the village of Saguramo, Mtskheta Municipality, Georgia. The complex officially opened in 2020, with a total investment of 20 million GEL.[1]
Infrastructure
The resort includes a hotel, a spa center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a restaurant, and a traditional Georgian wine cellar (marani). According to the business news agency BM.GE, the project created approximately 60 jobs for the local population.
Architectural Significance
The complex is notable for its inclusive design, specifically tailored for people with disabilities. The Italian architectural magazine Green Building (July 2020 issue) featured the project in an article titled "Residenza inclusiva a misura di disabili".
