Ryan (born 23 June) is a Jordanian mechanical engineering student and percussionist known for his involvement in orchestral, community, and youth-based percussion ensembles in Jordan, as well as his participation in an emerging independent music project.
Ryan was born and raised in Jordan. He developed an early interest in percussion performance and rhythm, alongside a parallel interest in mechanical systems and engineering principles.
Ryan is currently pursuing studies in mechanical engineering, focusing on core engineering disciplines such as mechanics, materials science, and applied physics.
Ryan is an active percussionist with experience across orchestral, educational, and community music settings.
He has performed with multiple youth and community-based music organizations in Jordan, including the Jordan Youth Orchestra, the Jordan River Foundation, and the Zaha Cultural Center. These experiences include ensemble percussion performance in structured educational and cultural programs.
Ryan is currently active in an independent music project known as Curlyheadz, based in Jordan. The project operates in an early-stage development phase and is primarily active through social media platforms such as Instagram.
As of now, Curlyheadz has not yet performed live publicly, focusing instead on rehearsal development, collaboration, and the formation of a shared musical identity.
Ryan’s percussion work emphasizes rhythm precision, ensemble coordination, and adaptability across both classical orchestral and modern collaborative music environments.
