Replify (formerly heyLibby) is a Seattle-based artificial intelligence company that provides AI-powered sales and customer service automation software for the fitness and wellness industry.[1] The company was founded in 2023 by Tony Small, Anna Rodriguez, and Spencer Rascoff, who previously worked together at Zillow Group.[2]

History

The company was originally launched as heyLibby in August 2023 as a product of Rascoff's Los Angeles-based firm 75 & Sunny Labs.[2] The initial product was a free-to-use chatbot powered by OpenAI's API that acted as a virtual assistant to help small and medium-sized businesses automate initial conversations with prospective clients.[2]

After spending two years searching for product-market fit, the company focused its efforts on the health and wellness sector, specifically targeting gyms, fitness studios, yoga studios, tanning salons, and recreational facilities.[1] In November 2024, the company changed its name from heyLibby to Replify.[1]

In April 2025, Replify raised $4.5 million in seed funding led by French firm Aglaé Ventures and Silicon Valley-based Vertical Venture Partners.[1] At the time of the funding round, the company reported more than $200,000 in annual recurring revenue and served over 1,000 customers.[1]

Founders

The company was co-founded by three former Zillow Group executives:[2]

  • Tony Small serves as CEO. Small spent more than eight years at Zillow, where he oversaw the company's Premier Agent business, which helps real estate agents advertise and find leads on the platform.[1]
  • Anna Rodriguez serves as CTO. Rodriguez worked at Zillow for more than four years, leading teams that managed third-party applications such as Salesforce and Zendesk. She later joined Slalom and was most recently a director at Avalara before launching the company.[1]
  • Spencer Rascoff is a co-founder and investor. Rascoff co-founded Zillow in 2005 and served as its CEO until 2019. He is currently CEO at Match Group.[1]

Products and services

Replify provides AI assistant software designed for health and wellness businesses.[1] The platform handles customer interactions across multiple channels including phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats, managing both inbound customer inquiries and proactive outbound marketing campaigns.[1]

The company's technology integrates with customer relationship management systems, scheduling platforms, and customer databases to answer calls, handle bookings, conduct follow-ups, and perform outbound calling to communicate information tailored to each customer.[3]

Replify's stated goal is to help wellness businesses improve customer service and free up staff to focus on in-person tasks.[1] The company competes with Seattle-area software company Zenoti, which also targets the wellness sector and has its own AI assistant.[1]

Customers include Arena Sports, Seattle Suntan, and Desert Sun.[1]

Business strategy

According to CEO Tony Small, the company focuses on building a profitable business rather than relying solely on future fundraising. In a September 2025 interview, Small stated: "We want to grow really fast and get to our next round, but we don't want to grow really fast and then run out of money in a year."[4]

Small has also noted the advantages of the Seattle region for hiring talent, describing it as "just still a great area to hire people."[4]
