Raymond Realty Limited is the real estate development business of the Raymond Group, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It was established in 2019 when Raymond Limited announced its entry into the real estate sector.[1][2] The company develops residential and commercial projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

History

Raymond Realty was established in 2019 as the real estate division of the Raymond Group, with its initial focus on residential development in Thane. Its first major project, Ten X Habitat, spanned 14 acres in Thane and became known for its construction quality and timely delivery. The company handed over the first set of apartments ahead of the RERA-mandated timeline.[3][4]

In 2024, Raymond Realty expanded beyond Thane with a new residential project, The Address by GS, in Bandra East, Mumbai.[5][6]
